The West Kelowna Warriors need a regulation win on Friday night if they want a chance to win the Interior Conference.
Going into the Mar. 15, contest at Royal LePage Place against the Penticton Vees, the Warriors are nine points behind the Vees in the standings with five games to go in the regular season. West Kelowna is second in the conference with a record of 29-10-10-0 while Penticton is 36-7-3-2 as they have six games to go.
Friday night is the Warriors only game of the weekend and the second straight Friday the Warriors welcome the Vees to town. Last Friday, the Vees won 2-1 in overtime.
Puck drop is at 7 p.m.
The Warriors are coming off of a 4-2 win over Prince George on Saturday, Mar. 9.
