West Kelowna Fire Department going door-to-door for the food bank

If the firefighters donÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™t reach your neighbourhood, donations can be dropped off at any of the 4 Westside fire halls

The West Kelowna Fire Department is working to stock the shelves at the Central Okanagan Food Bank this winter.

Firefighters and staff are asking residents of the Greater Westside to support them in donating to the 26th Annual Holiday Food Drive.

Firefighters and staff will be going door to door in some Westside communities on Dec. 4 and 5, to collect non-perishable food.

People can also donate non-perishable food items to collection bins set up outside each of West KelownaÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s four fire halls until Tuesday, Jan. 2.

  • Station 31 Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥“ Westbank, 3651 Old Okanagan Highway
  • Station 32 Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥“ Lakeview Heights, 2708 Olalla Road
  • Station 33 Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥“ Rose Valley, 1805 Westlake Road
  • Station 34 Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥“ Glenrosa, 3399 Gates Road
