A second installment of tiny homes for people experiencing homelessness in Kelowna will be located on city-owned property just off Highway 97.
The second batch of 60 homes will be built at 2740 Highway 97, north of Enterprise Way.

The homes will be operated by a non-profit organization which will provide support services, including daily meals, 24-7 staffing, access to skills training and support navigating the housing system.
People moving into these homes will be assessed and matched with appropriate supports.

Work on the site will begin in December with an expected opening date in early 2024.
BC Housing and the city will provide opportunities for neighbours in the immediate area to learn more about the development.
The new development follows a recent announcement of 60 tiny homes being constructed at 759 Crowley Avenue.
