Criticism of improvements to Lodge Road has prompted the of the project on its website.  

More than one hundred posts to the Lake Country ~ One Community Facebook page questioned funding for the project and suggested the money could be better spent elsewhere in the community, while others expressed appreciation.

The improvements include drainage, road renewal, curb and gutter, sidewalk installation, and transit stop and intersection upgrades. The Rail Trail will also be paved from Woodsdale Rd. to the Quail Trail access connection south of Lodge Rd.

The district says paving this section of the Rail Trail provides 香蕉视频直播渁 direct, safe, and all-season active transportation connection between the rapidly growing Woodsdale area and the Town Centre, and closes a critical network gap.香蕉视频直播�

The $2.8 million project is funded through road reserve, gas taxes, and development cost charges.
