The West Kelowna Warriors were handed their second loss in a row by the Pencticton Vees by the same score on Saturday (Dec. 14) night.
After dropping a 5-2 decision Friday in Penticton, the Warriors fell 5-2 at Royal LePage Place the following night. West Kelowna got goals from Elias Callgren and Caden Kemkaran-Humble, scoring on the powerplay, in the last game before the Christmas break.
The loss drops the Warriors to four games below .500 with a record of 9-13-5-2. The team is holding on to the eighth and final playoff spot in the BCHL香蕉视频直播檚 Interior Conference.
The Warriors are back in action on Friday, Dec. 27 when they start a two game road trip in Cranbrook, and then visit Brooks, Alta. on Dec. 28. West Kelowna香蕉视频直播檚 first game of the new year is Jan. 3 in Vernon. The Warriors first home game after the break is Jan. 4 against the Spruce Grove Saints.
