Rugby season is just around the corner.
The B.C. Rugby schedule has officially dropped, promising an exciting summer for men's and women's club teams.
Three Okanagan teams, the Penticton Harlequins, Vernon Jackals, and Yeti (Salmon Arm) Rugby Club, will compete in a three-month season.
Vernon and Penticton will kick off the season on Saturday, May 3, and Vernon and Salmon Arm will end league play on Saturday, June 21.
Playoffs will then take place in early July, before the season's culmination with the annual Saratoga Cup on Aug. 9-10, which will be hosted in Salmon Arm. The Cup will bring together top men's and women's teams from across the province.
