Alec Henderson and Ainsley MacDonald did at Silverstar like they have done all year 香蕉视频直播 win medals.

The pair of Apex Freestyle Club (AFC) skiers competed with the best at the Timber Tour championship at Vernon香蕉视频直播檚 Silverstar Resort, March 24 to 26.

In the Timber Tour香蕉视频直播檚 Best of Series, Henderson took gold in the under-14 mens moguls, while MacDonald picked up silver. In slopestyle, both won gold.

Kuroda said Henderson and MacDonald are true competitors who don香蕉视频直播檛 wilt under pressure.

With that demeanour, the pair didn香蕉视频直播檛 hold back throwing big tricks. In the moguls on opening day, MacDonald took silver with a score of 59.75. Henderson picked up gold with 66 points.

In slopestyle, MacDonald took silver, while Jordan MacDonald earned bronze. Henderson also took gold.

MacDonald then broke her collarbone while skiing, but not in competition, and wasn香蕉视频直播檛 able to compete in big air. However, MacDonald said competing in the championships was a fun experience, even in challenging conditions from fog.

Kuroda said that under-16 skier Ethan Phillips also skied exceptional as he won gold in the Best of Series for moguls. Kuroda said Phillips performed 香蕉视频直播渦p to and beyond his ability.香蕉视频直播 In moguls Phillips won gold.

Nate Parsons, under-16,who had not reached the podium all season, was second.

From Super Youth, Sasha Lovell, 11, won gold competing against 12-year-olds.

In slopestyle, Cullan Bray, nine, was sixth, Darrah Lovell was eighth. Ethan Morf, 12, placed sixth. In moguls, Lovell was fourth in M9, Bray was eighth. Grady Parson was seventh in M11 and Morf won gold in M12.

In the Super Youth Medley, a mix of slopestyle, moguls and big air in one run, Lovell was second in M9, Bray was seventh and Morf earned bronze.

In other AFC news, alumni Madison Parker (Port Moody) was selected as an alternate to represent Canada at a World Championship event in Italy. She will join Brayden Kuroda who is competing.
