Kelowna Rockets star Andrew Cristall is the WHLÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s Player of the Week.
The 18-year old collected nine points (one goal, eight assists) in three games, leading his team to a perfect 3-0 week. All eight assists were primary assists.
He started the week with four assists against the Swift Current Broncos on Wednesday, Oct. 18. Following that, he added two assists in the teamÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s 4-3 win against Tri-City. And he added a goal and two more assists in the teamÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s 6-5 win over Vancouver on Saturday night, Oct. 21.
The Washington Capitals prospect now has 23 points (seven goals, 16 assists) in 10 games this season and is fourth in WHL scoring.
Cristall and the Rockets are currently second in the B.C. Division and fourth in the Western Conference with a 6-4-1-0 record. They are back in action on Wednesday, Oct. 25 when the Rockets welcome the Victoria Royals to town. Puck drop is at 7:05 p.m.
