Former Kelowna Falcon Connor Joe is a MLB free agent after being non-tendered by the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Connor Joe will need a new MLB team next season.

On Friday, Nov. 22, the former Kelowna Falcon was non-tendered by the Pittsburgh Pirates, meaning he's now a free agent.

Last season, Joe hit .228 with nine home runs and 36 RBIs with the Pirates. 

Over five seasons with San Francisco, Colorado, and Pittsburgh, the San Diego native has hit .242 (333/1375) with 82 doubles, nine triples, 35 home runs and 141 RBIs. 

Joe played for Kelowna in 2011.
