District spokesman Doug Strachan said Friday the district has a policy that it can deny use of a facility if there are 香蕉视频直播渞easonable grounds to believe香蕉视频直播� it could lead to a 香蕉视频直播減rotest,香蕉视频直播� adding there香蕉视频直播檚 indication that that could happen.

He said the district香蕉视频直播檚 concern is about liability for potential damage.
