Highway 1 is closed due to a vehicle collision for the second time in 24 hours.
Just before 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30, a multi-vehicle collision partially closed the highway at Revelstoke for a 0.4 kilometre stretch between Highway 23 and the the Columbia River Bridge into town. The incident reportedly included a truck carrying a taxi van, a pickup truck and a semi tractor-trailer.
Drive BC reports traffic is reduced to single lane alternating, and urges driver to watch for road crews.
