Motorcycle crash stalls traffic in Peachland

A small car and motorcycle collided in Peachland on Tuesday.

A minor collision on Highway 97 in Peachland caused long delays for drivers on Tuesday afternoon.

According to witnesses a motorcycle and a small car crashed in the southbound lanes near Trepanier Beach Road, about 3:45 p.m.

An ambulance did attend; however the extent of the injuries are not known.

Traffic was backed up to Huston Road in West Kelowna as one lane was closed Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥” the two lanes reopened just before 4:30 p.m.
