The Kelowna Senior Raiders lacrosse team is competing for gold at the BC Senior C Provincial Championships.
Hosted in Memorial Arena in Kelowna from Aug. 8 to 11, the home team kicked off the tournament with a victory over the team from Mission, 15-4.
The following evening the Raiders battled Ladner, cleaning up with a 12-5 win.
In their final game of the round robin, the Raiders defeated Maple Ridge to finish undefeated heading into the knockout rounds.
In the semifinals against Port Moody, Kelowna was able to win, setting up a blockbuster championship match, which will take place at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 11.
