Piggy pictured in middle of Cherryville road

Pig anything but hog-wild on leisurely walk on Sugar Lake Road

Talk about your road hog.

A pig of some proportion has been photographed not flying, but out for a stroll on a road near Cherryville.

Loni Fanshaw snapped pictures of a pig-headed porker in the middle and along Sugar Lake Road Wednesday, March 12, and posted to social media.

It's hoped the pig made it back home safely or was rescued by its owner.

Motorists are advised to use caution on rural roads should they encounter wildlife Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥“ including pigs.
