It is billed as an evening of music and giving back with a goal of raising funds for BC Children香蕉视频直播檚 Hospital.
Sponsored by Align West Homes, and its Build For Good initiative, Music for the Mighty will feature live performances, and powerful stories at Revelry Food + Music Hub on Friday, Oct. 4.
The event has deep significance for Jordan Hansum, construction manager at Align West Homes. His daughter was treated for a serious condition at BC Children香蕉视频直播檚 when she was almost four years old.

His daughter is now a healthy 10-year-old.

Music for the Mighty has raised $20,000 of its $50,000 goal for the social work department at BC Children香蕉视频直播檚, which provides assistance to over 300 families each year.
香蕉视频直播淲e are incredibly grateful to the Music for the Mighty community for ensuring that patients and their families at BC Children香蕉视频直播檚 receive the support they need and that stress and financial barriers are reduced during their care,香蕉视频直播 said Rita Thodos, executive vice president of philanthropy at BC Children香蕉视频直播檚 Hospital Foundation.
Music for the Mighty will feature local Okanagan talent including the newly formed band Gun Shy, a group of Kelowna real estate leaders, along with country artist Michael Daniels and folk singer Myla.
