Three housing and one commercial development will be making their way to city council for its consideration.
A six-storey apartment building is planned for Sadler Road near Rutland Centennial Park with 114 units ranging from micro suites to family-orientated three bedrooms.
Also, a 14-unit townhouse project is proposed for the corner of McWilliams and Hollywood North roads.
Plans are also being submitted to rezone property on Bernard Avenue, between Richmond and Lakeview streets, to make way for a 51-unit apartment building.
Spacious Storage, on Ellis Street near Bay Avenue, is applying to the city to expand its operations.
The proposal consists of removing a boat storage building to expand the existing five-storey self-storage facility.
Three development variances are being asked for relating to building height, vehicle parking, and bicycle parking.
