The Okanagan Symphony Orchestra welcomes Jeans Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥˜n Classics band for their Okanagan Symphony debut to perform Madmen Across the Water: The Music of Elton John, this Friday in Kelowna.
Peter Brennan's Jeans Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™n Classics appeals to an age group from, but not limited to, 25 to 65. While most definitely not a tribute act, Jeans 'n Classics faithfully interprets the music of legendary rock and pop albums and artists, with their own special and signature flair.
Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥œCome and relive the past decades as we sing and play all of your favourites with the live orchestra as the Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥˜back-up bandÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™. Psychedelic glasses optional,Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥œ said OSO music director Rosemary Thomson.
The concert opens in Kelowna on Friday, Nov. 18 at 7:30 p.m. (doors open 6:30 p.m.) with additional performances in Penticton Saturday, Nov. 19 at 7:30 p.m. (doors open 6:30 p.m.) and Vernon on Sunday, Nov. 20 at 7 p.m. (doors open 6 p.m.).
