Jes is a three year old domestic, short hair neutered male who needs a new home.
The SPCA says Jes has had a very hard start to life, but is now on the fast track to a much better days.
"He can be shy, given all that he has been through, but with time, patience and lots and lots of love, he will eventually show you how much affection he has to give," reads the SPCA bio.
