April is Construction & Skilled Trades Month in British Columbia and to kick off the month, the British Columbia Construction Association (BCCA) Builders Code 2025 announced its Champion Award Winners, which featured a Kelowna-based company.

Emil Anderson Group, defined as a large company by BCCA, won an award as it was named the Recruitment, Hiring, and Retention champion.
