The downtown core of Kelowna has a new spot opening on Thursday, April 10.
Ask Pablo, a new cocktail bar and kitchen, is set for its grand opening at 6 p.m. at 269 Lawrence Avenue.
"Ask Pablo blends the vibrant energy of bustling cantinas, the warmth of lively izakayas, and the mouthwatering flavours of tapas bars," reads an Instagram post. "We香蕉视频直播檙e not just a cocktail bar. We香蕉视频直播檙e a wine bar. A snack bar. A place to unwind, explore & indulge."
The new establishment is from the same people who own Humo Izakaya, a Latin and Asian restaurant up the road at 210 Lawrence Avenue. Humo Izakaya is closed today to celebrate its two-year anniversary and the opening of Ask Pablo.
Ask Pablo is in the former location of Orchard Room, which was previously owned by chef Chris Shaften of Krafty Kitchen and closed in October.
The Orchard Room was featured in the Amazon Prime movie F*** Marry Kill, which featured actress Lucy Hale and was filmed in Kelowna.
Black Press Media reached out to the owners for comment on the new restaurant.
