Actor and comedian has signed on to join the cast of Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥˜Saturday Night LiveÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™ for its 48th season.
Molly Kearney, who uses gender-neutral pronouns, also recently appeared in AmazonÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s new series, Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥˜A League of Their Own.Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™ The show is a remake of the popular 1992 film of the same name and has been well received among queer fans. Kearney also appeared in Disney+Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥˜The Mighty Ducks.Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™
In 2019, they were chosen for Comedy CentralÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s yearly showcase of comedians, Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥˜Up Next.Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™. Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥˜SNLÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™ also announced three other new cast members, Marcello Hernandez, Michael Longfellow and Devon Walker. The announcement comes after several Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥˜SNLÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™ stars recently left the show. The sketch comedy showÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s season premiere will take place on Oct. 1.
