Actor and comedian has signed on to join the cast of Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥˜Saturday Night LiveÏã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™ for its 48th season.
Molly Kearney, who uses gender-neutral pronouns, also recently appeared in AmazonÏã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™s new series, Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥˜A League of Their Own.Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™ The show is a remake of the popular 1992 film of the same name and has been well received among queer fans. Kearney also appeared in Disney+Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™s Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥˜The Mighty Ducks.Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™
In 2019, they were chosen for Comedy CentralÏã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™s yearly showcase of comedians, Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥˜Up Next.Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™. Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥˜SNLÏã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™ also announced three other new cast members, Marcello Hernandez, Michael Longfellow and Devon Walker. The announcement comes after several Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥˜SNLÏã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™ stars recently left the show. The sketch comedy showÏã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™s season premiere will take place on Oct. 1.
