The West Kelowna Warriors will have a new man between the pipes when they visit the Nanaimo Clippers Friday night in BCHL action.
, 20, joins the Warriors after being released by the WHL香蕉视频直播檚 Red Deer Rebels.
The Ardrossan, AB native is a veteran of 70 major junior games split between the Saskatoon Blades and the Rebels. Martin appeared in three games this season with Red Deer with a 4.14 GAA and a .888 save percentage. Last season was one of the 20-year old香蕉视频直播檚 best as he appeared in 38 games while boasting a 2.63 GAA and a .911 save percentage for the Memorial Cup hosts.
The 6-foot-2, 180 lb netminder is no stranger to Junior 香蕉视频直播楢香蕉视频直播 hockey, playing the end of the 2014/15 season with the Melville Millionaires of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) where he played in 21 games, earning a 2.15 GAA and an impressive .929 SV%.
With the addition of Martin, have released 20-year-old forward Mitchell Barker. The Kamloops native had two goals and six points in 12 games played with the Warriors this season.

The Warriors, who are winless in six games, will play three games in as many days on the island, as they visit Cowichan Valley on Saturday and Alberni Valley for a Sunday matinee.
