Single, double header tickets available for Young Stars

Those are among the prospects fans will get to see during the 2017 Canucks Young Stars Classic at the South Okanagan Events Centre Sept. 8 to 11. And as of Aug. 3, fans will get the chance to purchase either single or double-header tickets.

The Vancouver Canucks, City of Penticton and Spectra Venue Management made the announcement late last week for the tickets to go on sale at 10 a.m.

The four-team, round-robin tournament features prospects from the Calgary Flames, Edmonton Oilers, Winnipeg Jets and Canucks. Players expected to participate in the tournament include:

Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥¢ Vancouver Canucks: Dahlen, Olli Juolevi, Brock Boeser, Kole Lind, Thatcher Demko, Michael DiPietro

Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥¢ Winnipeg Jets: Stanley, Skyler McKenzie, Jansen Harkins, Michael Spacek, Luke Green

Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥¢ Calgary Flames: Juuso Valimaki, Dube, Tyler Parsons, Matthew Phillips, Mark Jankowski

Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥¢ Edmonton Oilers: Yamamoto, Dylan Wells, Caleb Jones, Ethan Bear

Full tournament rosters and information will be posted on and SOEC.ca as they become available. Please note rosters are subject to change.

Single game tickets are $15 while double header tickets are $25. Tickets are available online at , by phone at 1-877-763-2849 or in person at the South Okanagan Events Centre Valley First Box Office. This yearÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s off-ice festivities include a Canucks Business Breakfast, Minor Hockey Day featuring a Party on the Plaza with games, food, music, entertainment,and skills development camps for B.C. minor hockey players.
