Kole Lind scored at 3:17 of overtime to send the Kelowna Rockets to a 3-2 win over the Tri-City Americans Friday in WHL action in Kennewick, Wash.
Rookie Nolan Foote and Calvin Thurkauf also scored for the Rockets (18-11-1-0), who opened a seven-game road trip with their third straight win.
Kelowna outshot the Ams 44-21, including 15-1 in the third period.
Michael Herringer stopped 19 shots for his 15th win of the season.
The Rockets will visit the Kootenay Ice on Saturday, and the Lethbridge Hurricanes on Sunday.
