Following in his older brother香蕉视频直播檚 footsteps, Jared Marino will serve as captain of the West Kelowna Warriors for the 2017-18 BCHL season.

Marino, 20, has played 99 games over two seasons in West Kelowna, compiling six goals and 29 points along with 68 penalty minutes.

The 6-foot-3, 205-pound forward has also played in 39 career games of playoff action, between the BCHL postseason, Western Canada Cup and Royal Bank Cup.

The Niagara Falls, ON native is one of two players, along with defenseman Jake Harrison, who remains from the Warriors 2016 RBC Cup national championship team. The Warriors were captained that season by Jared香蕉视频直播檚 older brother, Kyle Marino.

The new captain looks to bring his championship experience and guidance to the Warriors locker room.

Warriors head coach and general manager Rylan Ferster said Marino was a natural choice to take on the club香蕉视频直播檚 most important leadership role.
