The Kelowna Rockets continued their losing streak falling 4-1 to the Kamloops Blazers squad on Saturday night (Mar. 15) at the Sandman Centre.
Rockets goaltender Jake Pilon turned aside 42 shots, the Rockets couldn香蕉视频直播檛 generate enough offence to keep pace with their divisional rivals.
Kamloops got on the board first when Emmitt Finnie (37) scored five minutes into the first period. Kelowna香蕉视频直播檚 Kayden Longley (11) responded exactly 10 minutes later, on the powerplayer, to tie the game 1-1. It was all Blazers after that as Nathan Behm (31), Beau Courtney (10), and John Szabo (9) all scored in the second period, nailing down the 4-1 win. Courtney and Szabo scored on the powerplay.
Kelowna was outshot 46-23 and went 1-for-3 on the power play, while Kamloops went 2-for-7. The Rockets lost 5-2 to Kamloops on Friday night. Kelowna has not won a game since Feb. 22. Before that the team lost 15 game in a row between Jan 21-Feb. 21.
