The UBC Okanagan Heat dominated their opponents en route to winning °ù³Ü²µ²ú²âÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s sixth annual Hindson Cup Saturday at the Parkinson Rec Centre pitch.
It was the the fourth cup win since the ³Ù´Ç³Ü°ù²Ô²¹³¾±ð²Ô³ÙÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s inception and first since 2014.
UBCO opened the three-team event with a 51-5 drubbing of Mount Royal University. James Scott led the Heat attack with three trys, while also kicking four converts.
Colin Stonier, Rory Haynes, Nathan Brown, Tom Campbell, Bryce Stirling and Dan Haynes also tallied trys for the Heat, who led 26-0 at the half.
In Game 2, Trevor Yip scored four trys as the Heat took care of the Calgary Dinos 41-12 with physicality and superior play.
Nathan Brown, Tom Campbell and Andrew McMillan supplied one try apiece, while James Scott added three converts in another thorough team effort by UBCO.
Earlier, Calgary defeated Mount Royal 42-5 to earn a shot against the Heat for the 2016 title.
UBCO won the the Hindson Cup previously in 2011, 2013 and 2014.
