Whenever anybody gets a call for a promotion (such as the internet subscription) to renew your contract, with a deal you finally agree on.
Please make sure you ask for a text or email proving what the deal was because when we got our bill for the next month it was more than what we agreed to.
So on the phone, I went and it was a total of two hours being very nice because they can hang up on you (just for being firm but not angry) they pass you on which the wait is longer.
Then you have to tell them what all transpired with the agreement.
Then the saying for you is "That's not what I agreed upon," and the defending gets on.
So please, being a senior, we need every cent, be wary and make sure you cover your butt.
