To the editor:
Kelowna loves auctions. The city has a new idea to auction stolen buggies. When does the bidding start? What price 香蕉视频直播 50 cents, $5?
Another idea comes to mind. Empty the buggies and store the contents if applicable. Clean and return the buggies to their rightful owners (Safeway, Nester香蕉视频直播檚, Extra Foods, Independent, Winners, etc). The buggy may have cost those business香蕉视频直播檚 up to $300 when new.
The contents are of questionable value. There may be a quilt or two (made by a granny and donated to charity), some toiletries and possibly drug paraphernalia. The 香蕉视频直播渙wner香蕉视频直播 may well have replaced these 'possessions' and moved on with a new collection of stuff.
Where is a realistic solution to be found? Being enablers does not seem to reduce the problem. Our civic leaders are grasping at straws. Interception at an early age 香蕉视频直播 or stage 香蕉视频直播 may prevent this cancerous growth on our society.
Are there any realistic solutions to this problem? The human behind the buggy may be glad to get off the merry-go-round. Otherwise, this circus will go on forever.
