Letter: Pothole problems abound in Rutland

To the editor:

There are numerous potholes in front of 123 Franklyn Rd. and also in front of 865 Badke Rd. Who takes responsibility for this, the city?

Also, there are many leaves at the curbside which haven香蕉视频直播檛 been cleaned up. Does the city clean this also? We want a city void of these potholes.
