Heritage, parks and greenery preservation and art make provincial capitals desirable places to visit and live.
Reading letters/opinions in the Capital News over the past few years, it sounds like our city is not asking or listening to the people.
As it香蕉视频直播檚 been shown that social media 香蕉视频直播榣ikes香蕉视频直播�, tick boxes, etc. provide misleading results for a variety of reasons, maybe it香蕉视频直播檚 time to 香蕉视频直播榖ring back香蕉视频直播� some form of citizen committee approval process for development and respect for the deliberations of resident associations.
Realistic parameters such as time frames for input could be established to avoid the excuse that they discourage development.
Kelowna still has a chance to preserve, enhance and capitalize on its historical and natural amenities to grow into an attractive place to live and do business.
