In Loving Memory ~
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce Don passed away at Kelowna General Hospital on July 16, 2022 with his family by his side.
Don was born in Kelowna January 23, 1951 to parents John and Madeline Ivens and is survived by his wife Colleen, his son Mike (Jennifer), daughters Debbie and Beverley (Kevin), grandchildren Kira (Paul), Carson (Lydia), Hannah (Jaxson). His sister Kathy and brother Jim, extended family and friends.
Don was predeceased by his parents John and Madeline, his sister Colleen, and son-in-law Neil.
In his life Don worked in logging on the coast and in the last 30 years as a cabinet finisher for Norelco cabinets.
He will be forever remembered for his love of anything old, his sense of humour and his great hugs.
Don's family would like to thank the staff at KGH for the all the care they gave to Don, and we will be holding a celebration of life at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Central Okanagan Hospice Association.
