Harper, Edwin passed away peacefully while surrounded by his two younger children at Kelowna General Hospital on Oct 23, 2020.
He is survived by his children, Sandi Miller (Pete), Sean Harper, Cam Harper, Shannon Harper-Monteyre (Jamie), former wife Sharon Harper, sister Leone Carson, brother Wayne Harper (Arlea), beloved dog Sassy, numerous nephews and nieces.
Ed was predeceased by his parents Lorne and Mona Harper.
He was born on Oct 20, 1947 and raised in Saskatoon, SK, the youngest child he loved to prank his older siblings. Ed loved to fish as a child at the Saskatchewan river which at times was close to his home. Often fishing with his sons as they grew up. Ed was an avid hunter and had a love for the outdoors.
A life long entrepreneur. Ed loved being around people and making sales. Dad you where always fun, we are filled with lasting memories.
Our family would like to thank the first responders, EMT, Dario and Christopher, Dr. Foster, and ICU team at Kelowna General Hospital. Due to Covid, a celebration of Ed's life will be held at a later date. Please donate to heart and stoke foundation.
