While the BC Wildfire Services Map still has the blaze marked as Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥˜out of controlÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™, the Southeast Fire Centre said they donÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™t expect it to be a risk to infrastructure.
The Southeast Fire Centre said the terrain in the region is among the toughest in the province, but that it was nothing its personnel havenÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™t dealt with before, and it is not expected to contribute to the growth of the fire.
Rain is forecasted in the area over the next few days, which the centre said should help its efforts.
