Kelowna couple Jim and Kim Rhindress put out an ask for selfies from health care workers to include in a music video.

Now, the song and video are finished.

Titled 香蕉视频直播淗ealth Care Heroes香蕉视频直播�, the song was recorded in Kelowna and Vernon香蕉视频直播檚 Silk Road Studio created the video using footage of the couple and the hundreds of selfies of health care workers.

The song came about after one of Jim香蕉视频直播檚 friends asked online if anyone would sing a tribute song for frontline workers. Kim said they were very proud of what they did and hope the song resonates with other people as well.

The couple said they were overwhelmed by the response they received when they first asked for photos.

香蕉视频直播淧hotos poured in from all over the world as far away as Berlin, Toronto, Boston and Nunavut. It has really struck a chord with so many people who feel helpless right now and want to honour those on the frontlines fighting this disease,香蕉视频直播� they said.

Kim said they received more photos than they could use in the video and are currently still receiving more, so they created a Facebook group called where people can continue to post photos of their personal heroes.

The Rhindresses said they don香蕉视频直播檛 have an upcoming project planned quite yet, but they know they want to work on another song to thank frontline workers.

香蕉视频直播淚nspiration comes in different ways, and I know we certainly have the time right now,香蕉视频直播� Kim said.

香蕉视频直播淗aving worked as a surgical nurse at KGH for 17 years, I still hear from a lot of my friends about what香蕉视频直播檚 going on at the hospital and how hard it can be. So we want to continue to give back,香蕉视频直播� Jim said.
