The single occupant of a vehicle that crashed into the ditch in Southeast Kelowna has been rescued.
There has been no confirmation on what caused the crash.
Original 11 a.m.
Central Okanagan Search and Rescue (COSAR) is en route to Southeast Kelowna where a vehicle is stuck in a ditch.
BC Ambulance and the Kelowna Fire Department have been unable to make it to the single occupant of the vehicle due to recent snowfall.
The vehicle is near Myra Canyon on June Springs Road. A representative with COSAR said the vehicle has been there since last night (Jan. 8).
It is believed the crash was caused due to a medical issue.
