The Vernon North Okanagan RCMP has shared details of a two-vehicle collision on Highway 97A in Spallumcheen that sent two to hospital on Friday.
The crash took place at 11:45 a.m. March 14 on the highway at the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road. Two ambulances with primary care paramedics and an advanced care paramedic responder unit went to the scene, as well as the RCMP.
In a Tuesday email, the RCMP said a passenger vehicle making a left turn from the northbound lane of the highway to Pleasant Valley Road was struck by a southbound transport truck towing a flatbed trailer loaded with concrete.
"Police obtained statements and dash cam footage of the collision from witnesses on scene," said media relations officer Cpl. Tania Finn. "The passenger vehicle香蕉视频直播檚 two occupants were transported to hospital with serious non-life threatening injuries by BC Ambulance Service."
