It香蕉视频直播檚 a brisk but sunny morning in the Okanagan and Shuswap.

Those in the Central Okanagan woke up to temperatures sitting close to -26 C with the windchill, while further north toward Vernon and Salmon Arm the mercury dipped down to -19 C.

To the south it is a little warmer at -16 C with the windchill.

Temperatures will increase during the day to between -3 and -9 C, with a chance of the wind picking up to 30 km/h.

Expect flurries throughout out the Okanagan Valley and the Shuswap tonight and into tomorrow. However as light snow is expected to fall temperatures will rise --Environment Canada forecasts Wednesday to be about -2 C.

The avalanche risk has subsided in some areas of the province; however following this weekend香蕉视频直播檚 snowfall a weak snow pack is causing issues in the Monashee Mountains and North Columbia.

Back Country users are warned to watch for slab formation and reactivity in the new snow and be ready for solar radiation to promote instability on Tuesday.
