Spring may be in full swing in the Southern Interior, but Old Man Winter still has his grips on the highway mountain passes.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for the Okanagan Connector from Merritt to Kelowna, Highway 3 from Paulson Summit to Kootenay Pass as well as additional reports of inclement weather on the Coquihalla from Kamloops to Hope.
Meteorologists predict up to 10 centimetres of fresh snow for the highway passes.
