City workers and the B.C. Wildfire Service attended to a flooding situation today at Poplar Point Drive.
The road was previously closed to single lane alternating traffic as workers raised the road to avoid further flooding.
The road was flooded last evening and pumps were on-scene today pumping water back into the lake. Wildfire Service employees could be seen sandbagging the boat launch.
According to the City of Kelowna work is expected to be completed by 7 p.m.
The road is now open to traffic as the wind picked up this afternoon.
