Revelstoke RCMP officers were hit with an unwelcome response while carrying out a search warrant at a home on Humbert Street.
Police were allegedly assaulted with bear spray upon entering the residence as part of an ongoing investigation under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA).
The Southeast District香蕉视频直播檚 Emergency Response Team was called to assist due to the increased risk to the officers. However, officers were able to safely reposition, following the bear spray incident.
In the end, a man and a woman surrendered to the officers and were arrested. The file is currently under investigation and the arrested couple was released from custody and were handed a promise to appear notice in court, with a date to be determined.
