The public will be able to provide input for the future of the Capri Landmark urban centre.
Incorporating input from the first round of public consultation, civic plans, like the urban centres road-map, council priorities and best practices, the City of Kelowna has prepared two concept plans for the future of the Capri Landmark urban centre.
Residents are invited to review and provide their thoughts on the concepts at one of four public engagement opportunities in mid-June.
The Capri Landmark neighbourhood (the area between Gordon and Spall, and Highway 97 and Springfield) is one of Kelowna香蕉视频直播檚 major employment hubs and is growing to be an attractive location for apartment living.
Development interest in the area is high, which is why there needs to be a plan for growth there in the years ahead, according to the city.

Drop-in session on Sunday, June 25, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Parkinson Recreation Centre lobby
Limited space workshops in the Landmark 6 on:
Tuesday, June 20, from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
Wednesday, June 21, from 1:30 to 4 p.m.

A final round of public consultation will see the preferred plan refined and finalized. The final plan will be brought to council for endorsement in early 2018.
