Thousands more people have had their power cut off Tuesday morning.
More than 1,750 customers lost power shortly before 9 a.m. in the north end of town around 48th Avenue due to a wire down.
BC Hydro crews are on site and power is expected to be restored by 10:30 a.m.
Another 500 Coldstream residents are without power as well.
The outage was sparked shortly before 9 a.m. and a crew is on site and investigating.
