Revelstoke got all the way up to 36.1C, also breaking a record from 1948, as did Kamloops, whose record went from 35.0C to 35.7C.

Princeton bested a record set 120 years ago, which was 33.9C. On June 8, 2023, the temperature reached 34.4C.

The weather around the Okanagan is expected to be cooler this weekend, sitting in the mid-to-high twenties with clouds and rain rolling in.
