Two men have been arrested and charged for allegedly cheating at Kelowna香蕉视频直播檚 Lake City Casino, in what investigators are calling alleged dealer collusion.

Kamloops resident Mingzhe Xu, 25, has been charged with one count of intent to defraud a casino and cheat while playing the game of roulette, and one count of intent to defraud a casino and cheat while playing a game of three card poker.

Meanwhile, 21香蕉视频直播恲ear-old Yun Long Yang of Kelowna has been charged with one count of intent to defraud a casino and cheat while holding the stakes for a game of roulette.

The charges come after an investigation was conducted by the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit of British Columbia (CFSEU香蕉视频直播怋C), the Joint Illegal Gaming Investigation Team (JIGIT) and the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB) when they were told of the incident on Nov. 4.

Investigators say they learned that the patron, Xu, was observed at two separate casino games directly in front of one Lake City Casino dealer, Yang, over a period of three separate days.

Yang has since been suspended by the casino and his registration as a Gaming Worker in the province of B.C. has been suspended by the GPEB.

Then, on Nov. 21, the CFSEU香蕉视频直播怋C JIGIT investigators were asked to take conduct of the investigation.

Those investigators determined that the evidence supported that the dealer and patron were allegedly involved in a criminal act of 香蕉视频直播楥heat at Play香蕉视频直播�.

Both individuals are scheduled to appear in Kelowna Provincial Court on May 4, 2017.
