Cyclist hit by car on Richter

A cyclist has been hit by a vehicle on Richter Street in Kelowna

UPDATE:

A witness says the cyclist was loaded into an abulance via stretcher and taken to hospital.

No word on the his injuries.

Emergency crews were called to Richter Street and Patterson Avenue Friday afternoon after a vehicle struck a cyclist.

A grey Mazda travelling along Richter reportedly collided with someone on a bike about 4:30 p.m.

ItÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s unclear if the cyclist was injured in the incident.

Richter Street was blocked for about 30 minutes while crews were on scene.
