The object of Gray香蕉视频直播檚 excitement was rezoning a small piece of land owned by FortisBC, located beside its Swordy Road substation, to allow it to become a 67-stall parking lot for a five-storey retail, commercial and apartment complex nearby called The Shore. The land for the parking lot would be leased to the developers of The Shore.
Kelowna council had encouraged the developer to try and obtain the land for the parking lot because concerns about the lack of parking in the area.
Other councillors also expressed happiness to see the rezoning proposal. But no one else admitted to cheering out loud over the prospect.
