Pro-marijuana activist Dana Larsen is on his second tour called Overgrow Canada, despite the setbacks of last year香蕉视频直播檚 tour which involved his .

Larsen will be giving a speech Thursday, April 6, 8 p.m., at the East Kelowna Hall.

West Kelowna is his second-to-last stop on his OverGrow Canada campaign which aims to have citizens planting plants in public locations in order to show 香蕉视频直播渃ivil disobedience.香蕉视频直播�

Larsen is still facing charges and is currently out on bail, but he is expected to attend court hearings on April 9 and 10.

He is worried about breaking bail, but he doubts he香蕉视频直播檒l be spending time in jail. Calgary will be his last stop on the tour just in case something goes awry.

The seeds Larsen will be handing out will not grow plants with high levels of THC, the ingredient associated with feelings of euphoria, hallucinations and anxiety.

Last year, his stop in Kelowna had a packed house, with people waiting outside for two hours to get seeds.
