Larsen will be giving a speech Thursday, April 6, 8 p.m., at the East Kelowna Hall.
West Kelowna is his second-to-last stop on his OverGrow Canada campaign which aims to have citizens planting plants in public locations in order to show 香蕉视频直播渃ivil disobedience.香蕉视频直播
Larsen is still facing charges and is currently out on bail, but he is expected to attend court hearings on April 9 and 10.

Last year, his stop in Kelowna had a packed house, with people waiting outside for two hours to get seeds.
