Bull riding fans were treated to quite a show Thursday (July 18) night during the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Canada Cup SeriesÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™ Okanagan Challenge at Prospera Place.
Jared Parsonage, from Maple Creek, Saskatchewan, delivered a perfect 2-for-2 performance to win the event.
He collected 120.5 points in the race for the 2024 PBR Canada Championship, and climbed from 9th place to 4th in the standings. Cody Coverchuk of Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan sits in the number one spot.
Coverchuk and number two ranked Nick Tetz of Calgary were shut out at the event. AustraliaÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s Callum Miller finished second behind Parsonage collecting 73 points.
The 2024 PBR Canada Sup Series travels to Grande Prairie, Alberta for the Peace Country Invitational on September 27-28.
