A police presence caught the attention of residents at the intersection of Ethel Road and Bernard Avenue in Kelowna on the morning of Oct. 27.

Police executed a search warrant of a home in the 900 Block of Bernard, said Cpl. Mike Della-Paolera of the Kelowna RCMP.

Amidst the flurry of activity, a pair of pointy ears were spotted from the rear window of a police vehicle. Della-Paolera said that one of the newest and fuzziest members of the Kelowna canine unit tagged along while the police executed the warrant.
